Job Summary
Screen cargo in compliance with TSA guidelines, demonstrating and abiding by Andy Frain Services’ core values and operating principles. Maintain 100% compliance with all cargo screening training. Observe and report activities and incidents to ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Provide quality service and positive interactions with visitors, vendors, and employees, maintaining standards of professionalism.
Perform cargo screening using TSA guidelines, including physical inspections, X-ray, and electronic equipment.
Guard and patrol physical property, monitor system responses, and investigate incidents and criminal acts.
Prepare reports for the Security Supervisor and/or Director of Security, highlighting concerns.
Know emergency policies and procedures; respond promptly to alarms or emergencies, notify authorities, and assist as needed.
Propose safety and loss prevention improvements based on incident reports and other information.
Stay informed about post orders, revisions, and daily event needs.
Implement security and safety enhancements as directed.
Enforce operational and personnel policies to maintain security operations.
Requirements
TSA-regulated position; must pass background check and drug screening.
Reliable transportation required; not accessible via public transit.
