Responsibilities
Deliver & lead project security services to customer
Give consultation to team as expert of security services including but not limited to Cybersecurity, Information Security, Emergency Response & Crisis Management.
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for security ecosystem enhancements including Technology & Tools, Processes & Protocols, Physical & Digital Integration
Conduct regular assessments of security architecture to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present Manage Security Services (MSS) performance reports to stakeholders.
Gather client feedback and use it to improve security service delivery
Facilitate security knowledge sharing among team members.
Requirements
Qualification:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field from reputable university
Advanced certifications such as Cisco CCNP-Sec, CCIE-Sec; Fortinet NSE 4,5,7,8; Checkpoint CCSA, CCSE, CCSM; Palo Alto PCCSA, PCNSE; F5, Sangfor, Sophos, Barracuda, and other similar certifications
Team management experience with the ability to manage and motive matrix delivery teams as well as the operations
Experience of prioritization matrices and working with the business to determine appropriate project prioritization
Experience:
Significant experience (min. 5 years or more) at a senior level in Security Services Ecosystem for cyber & information security infrastructure deployment, maintenance and operation
Skill :
Expertise in cyber security ecosystem architecture, protocols, and technologies such as NGFW, IDS/IPS, UTM, XDR, EDR, WAF, Anti DDOS, DLP, IAM, Email Security, NAC and other Network Security.
Strong experience in managing large-scale Manage Security Services Operations, including problem management and performance optimization.
Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations
Demonstrate good leadership and managerial skills.
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
Good communication with key stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills.
