Badging
Operate and maintain the Bio metric equipment for the issue of badges to personnel working on the Rumaila Oil Fields and all Bases.
Implement badging procedures and protocols as directed by the Access Control Manager
Manage the day to day running of the Badging Office
Supervise Visitors Request Administrators
Process all Vehicle requests for RWC & RSB
Process all Master lists for RWC & RSB
Archive all records connected with the issue of badges.
Compilation of written reports and audits
To support training of ROO security personnel to ensure compliance with the badging protocols.
Maintain electronic backups
Requirements
Essential
Experience Of Work In Iraq Or Other Hostile Environment.
Proven competence of administrative work
Proven competence on Security Card Access Monitor, printer systems and photographic equipment
Must have a background in IT skills and experience as a badging officer in a large organisation
Must have proven IT skills in various computer programs and software Native English speaker or CEFR C2 equivalent
Preferred
Experience of a working within a hostile environment and high security operation
Experience in maintaining a database register of new and revoked badges.
