Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bouncer to join our team. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons at our establishment. Your main duties will include monitoring the premises, checking IDs, handling conflicts, and ensuring compliance with venue policies. Duties: – Monitor the premises to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a safe environment – Check IDs to verify the age and identity of patrons – Handle conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner – Escort unruly individuals out of the premises when necessary – Collaborate with law enforcement if needed – Maintain a visible presence to deter potential troublemakers – Operate CCTV systems to monitor activities within the venue – Conduct regular patrols to ensure compliance with venue policies – Provide assistance to patrons when needed, such as providing directions or answering questions Skills: – CPR and First Aid certification – Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and protocols – Proficient in conflict management techniques – Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment – Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Excellent observation skills to identify potential risks or threats – Understanding of loss prevention strategies If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety is paramount, then we encourage you to apply for the position of Bouncer.
