Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. The Concierge will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by offering assistance with inquiries, reservations, and other services.
Duties
Greet owners warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Manage owners requests and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
Monitor security systems including CCTV and surveillance to ensure safety.
Implement loss prevention strategies to protect property and owners.
Handle conflict management effectively and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required for security issues.
Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Skills in loss prevention, conflict management, and surveillance are highly desirable.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
Experience in a military or law enforcement background can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
