We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.
Maintain readiness for emergency situations.
Document incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations or emergencies.
Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict resolution techniques as required.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches.
Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience in security or law enforcement. Preferred qualifications include:
Certification in security or law enforcement training.
Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies.
Experience in conflict management and de-escalation tactics.
Schedule
We have 2 positions open,
First Position
Monday- Friday 4pm-8pm
Second Position needed, on weekends only.
Saturday 7am-2pm
Sunday 7am-12pm
