What You’ll Do:
As part of our Defence & Physical Security team, you’ll lead initiatives that ensure the security and resilience of our operations. Your responsibilities include:
1. Governance & Frameworks
• Develop and implement the Physical Security Framework, Policy, and Procedures
• Strengthen governance across all working units
2. Capability Building
• Conduct regular training, tabletop exercises, and socialization programs
• Empower teams to manage physical security risks independently
3. Risk Assessment & Compliance
• Perform country-level threat analysis, site-specific risk assessments, and compliance audits
• Evaluate risks for major events and new assets
4. Monitoring & Reporting
• Build and maintain the Physical Security Dashboard and periodic reports for councils and stakeholders
5. Incident Response
• Facilitate incident response and develop Situation Reports
• Lead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
6. System Management
• Maintain and optimize the Physical Security Monitoring System
• Leverage data analytics for proactive risk management

Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented
What You Bring:
• Minimum 1 year as a Physical Security Manager, or
• At least 3 years in Physical Security, Operational Risk, or related fields, or
• Graduate of a selective Management Trainee Program
