Schedule: Sunday thru Wednesday 10:00pm – 6:00am
Compensation: $21.00 per hour – MUST HAVE DISPATCH AND/OR SECURITY EXPERIENCE.

Description:
Our Security Dispatcher will receive telephone calls from various sources and dispatch our Security Officers to respond. While working in our Security Operations Center, you’ll be able to leverage your professionalism, competence, and commitment to make a difference and coordinate the logistics of our team.
Security Dispatchers serve an integral role in helping our team run efficiently, allowing us to exceed our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and satisfy the demands of many while focusing on delivering world-class service.
General Functions:
Must partner with other departments to provide clients with the highest quality of services.
Must be willing to obtain an Arizona Unarmed Guard card. (We help with this)
Must have great telephone etiquette being able to communicate well verbally.
Attention to detail and being well organized is essential.
Scheduling as needed and communicate any questions as soon as possible to resolve issues.
Record any officers calling on or off duty with accuracy. Make any changes as they happen.
Report any pertinent information to staff members as needed daily.
Dispatch any police, fire, or ambulances to situations as they arise and report to on-duty staff as well as necessary managers and clients if asked to do so.
Obtain reports for incidents as they occur and forward them to management in a timely manner.
Knowledge of Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong interpersonal communication skills with co-workers, vendors, and guests through verbal and written means.
Manage a high volume of phone calls while accessing the scheduling program.
React/respond effectively under pressure and in emergencies.
Flexible schedule
Ability to work independently.
