Samson Protection Services is a private security company seeking professional licensed Security Officers. The incumbent must be professional and willing to learn. In addition, candidate must be dependable and responsible.
YOU MUST hold a valid DC Security Officer’s license. We prefer if you have been licensed at least two years.
This Job will require you to remain alert and vigilant over an 8 hour or longer shift. You must be able to stand on your feet for over 8 hours. You must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds. You must understand the art of verbal judo, i.e. not agitate residents. However, you should be firm when dealing with unruly visitors or members of the public and/or when giving instructions.
