Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond to incidents and conflicts, employing conflict management techniques.
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to detect suspicious activities.
Provide assistance in emergency situations, utilizing first aid and CPR skills as needed.
Report any unusual occurrences or breaches of security to the appropriate authorities.
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public and enforcing rules.
