Job Title: Security/Guest Hospitality
Job Description: We are looking for a personable yet firm Security / Guest Hospitality monitor to ensure safety and smooth operations. This role requires someone who can maintain a welcoming atmosphere while enforcing club policies and handling potential conflicts professionally.
Requirements:
– Must be 21 or older
– Personable and approachable—able to interact well with guests while maintaining authority
– Well-kept and professional appearance—maintains a clean, polished look that aligns with the club’s image
– Physically fit- Strong situational awareness—able to anticipate and de-escalate most situations
– Good judgment and problem-solving skills—able to make quick decisions under pressure
– Team player—works well with staff and security team
