Job Summary:
We are looking for a Director of Security Services to lead our team of over 170 security professionals including Security Officers, Dispatchers, and Ambassadors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Criminal Justice or Healthcare
7 years of managerial or supervisory experience required
Knowledge of healthcare security and program development principles, techniques and managerial skills required
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid California Driver’s License
Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator issued by the International Association of Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS) required within 1 year of hire
State of California Guard Card required within 1 year of hire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
