Paragon Systems is hiring for the position of Captain for our NCR ICE contract in Washington, DC. This role requires diligent oversight of all security functions, ensuring compliance with award requirements and maintaining high standards of service quality. Train, schedule, and supervise security guards.
Oversee all aspects of the security functions on-site are performed in a diligent manner; staffing, scheduling, and on-site training of personnel assigned to his/her command.
Ensure the award-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met before assignment to a post.
Ensure quality of service and award compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel assigned to his/her site.
Implement established security protocols, processes, and procedures governing access control, vehicle and personal inspections, and related functions through the direct supervision of the security guards assigned to his/her shift.
Generate and complete security-related control documents, forms, logs, and reports.
Suggest recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.
Respond to client requests.
Other duties as assigned.
