JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position is a static post at a bank. Agent will be an external visual deterrent to deter criminal activity as well as maintain a customer service attitude for employees. Agent must be armed and possess proper credentials while in uniform. Must be able to stand long periods of time.
You will be responsible for possessing your BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permits and have them on your person while working.
Bring your own food which will be consumed onsite.
Meal and rest breaks will be provided.
EQUIPMENT:
DO NOT ATTACH GEAR TO A STANDARD BELT, must be a dedicated duty belt set up.
Firearm & holster, cuffs, flashlight, baton, OC, Taser (all with appropriate BSIS Permits), & spare mags.
Uniform top is company polo shirt (to be issued).
Weather appropriate gear: Cold weather, rain, etc.
– Black or OD Green 5.11 style pants or BDUs – Black patrol boots
NOTE: Hires for this position may be qualified to work other seasonal & part-time positions in the Los Angeles/Orange/San Diego County areas. With exceptional performance, there is also potential for full-time employment within the company.
SHIFTS:
Start Date: Friday 11/24/2023 to Friday 12/29/2023 (~1 month)
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 0800 – 1600/1700hrs (depending on employee closeout time)

COMPENSATION:
$25/hr for first 8hrs, time and a half for next 4hrs (12hr shift max/day)
BENEFITS:
None for seasonal work.
Full-time employees with LSI are eligible for Health, Vision, and Dental insurance as well as 401(K). Seasonal armed guards who perform well will be more strongly considered for part-time / full-time positions in the company should they choose to apply.
