Security Safeguards are highly motivated colleagues committed to first-class customer satisfaction. This role is very customer-focused, with a friendly and welcoming approach.
Aligned with our mantra of ‘bringing places to life,’ our security safeguard team prioritizes people, ensuring that students and guests feel welcome and safe at our halls of residence.
Your responsibilities include conducting student accommodation checks, responding to calls from students, and participating in regular patrols on campus.
This is a casual, ad-hoc role with hours as needed.

More about you
It is essential to hold a current SIA licence and have experience in a similar role. A valid driver’s licence is also required.
You should be a confident communicator who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment, with safety of students being a top priority.
The ideal candidate is approachable, able to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and university staff, and handle issues or unusual circumstances professionally.
For roles requiring DBS
