Pay: £14.28 per hour
12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week.
Shift pattern: 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off – including weekends & bank holidays.
Valid SIA CCTV licence
1-3 years work experience as a CCTV operator
A good understanding of the basic principles of CCTV & why it is used.
A good working knowledge of General Data protection Regulations (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018, criminal law, Human Rights Act 1998
Effective communicator: oral, good written skills for reporting writing, and oral with good I.T. skills, word, excel, SharePoint.
Good concentration skills with
attention to detail
when it comes to formulating incident reports.
Able to work under pressure in stressful situations and to remain calm and detached.
Good
Customer Care
Skills and telephone manner.
Required to observe developing situations, assess and interpret those situations, assess the risks that may arise or be involved, monitor incident, and communicate clearly and concisely.
Must be a team player, Clear thinking, and ability to judge situations thereby giving them the correct order of priority.
High level of
problem solving
, regarding the CCTV system information collation and interpretation.
Physical Requirements:
The individual should have good eyesight with or without prescribed glasses, good hearing, good hand and eye coordination, and good clear speech.
Must have a willingness to learn and progress in a fast-moving environment.
Must be always smart, clean, conscientious, diligent, enthusiastic.
Must have a good calm manner.
Must be culturally aware.
Must be able to commute to Kingsbury & have their own reliable transport.
Full, clean driving licence
