Job Description:

To operate computerized 24-hour Alarm Monitoring System and to perform data entry. Must be able to communicate with customers as outlined by Standard Operating Procedures provided. To maintain filing system of Central Station. Periodically perform patrols to customer site. To perform daily basic cleaning requirements of the office.

Requirements:

– Basic English Verbal and Written skills

– Basic computer knowledge

– Must be flexible to work all hours of the day, weekends, and holidays

– If selected, must provide a current Guam Police & Court Clearance (within last 6 months)

– Must provide at least 3 references

– Must work well with a team and individually

Skills:

– Experience with Microsoft Visio & Excel is a plus

– Experience with Alarm Monitoring software is a plus

– Good personality

– Good communication skills

Position Available:

– Part time

– Full time

Notes:

– Will train successful hires

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.25 – $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
