About the Role
The Vice President, Network Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer (CCPO) is a senior leader responsible for the oversight, design, administration, and education. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements across all healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
Direct reporting to the Board of Trustees Audit Committee and Senior Management.
Lead compliance and privacy initiatives across the health network.
Manage and supervise a team of 20+ professionals, including Compliance and Privacy Officers, Managers, and Analysts.
Collaborate with the General Counsel, Senior Management, and IT Security teams.
Ensure regulatory compliance with healthcare reimbursement systems, fraud and abuse laws, and patient privacy regulations.
Oversee investigations related to billing, compliance, and cybersecurity concerns.
Serve as a liaison with state and federal agencies on compliance and privacy issues.
What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance and privacy.
Proven leadership in a complex healthcare system.
Familiarity with fraud, abuse laws, and privacy regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
Experience managing and resolving healthcare regulatory issues.
