Job Description:
Overview:As the CISO, you will lead our cybersecurity strategy, overseeing security operations, risk management, compliance, and incident response.
Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Strategy:Develop and implement our cybersecurity strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulations.
Security Operations:Manage day-to-day security operations, including SIEM implementation (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel) for threat detection and response.
Risk Management:Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks to our information assets, systems, and networks.
Compliance Oversight:Ensure compliance with cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards.
Incident Response:Lead incident response and crisis management efforts during cybersecurity incidents or breaches.
Policy Development:Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM).
10 years of proven experience in senior cybersecurity leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
