Chief Security will report to General Manager
Chief Security will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both our visitors and employees. This position will also responsible to manage, direct, and supervise the security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel, guests, and property in Enchanting Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and control the security performance by ensuring that all security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed, taking corrective actions when necessary to improve the security system.
Maintain clear communication with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and emergency medical teams to ensure coordinated responses during emergencies.
Perform regular checks and patrols, including vehicle inspections, to safeguard the premises.
Investigate suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches, taking appropriate actions as needed.
Monitor public access points and ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors on-site.
Respond promptly to alarms and analyze security records to identify trends or areas of concern.
Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity or behaviors immediately.
Key Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
At least 5 years of experience in a security role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or coordination position.
Strong experience in reporting, documenting incidents, and providing security reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Willingness to work on-site at Taman Safari Indonesia, Cisarua, Bogor.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor.
