Salary: $3600 to $4000 (Office hours, Sunday off)
Duties:
Overall in charge of a big site with 20 to 30 security manpower.
Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers to meet the client’s requirements. Proficient in technology implementation such as video analytics, body worn cameras, motion detectors, vehicle management systems, etc.
Day shift, 5656 day week (Alternate week on 5-day, 6-day or 5.5-day). Off on Sunday & PH. Office hours.
Job duties include manpower planning, leading the team, conducting daily briefings, and fulfilling KPI of clients.
Possess valid security license, preferably with CSO or SSS. Prefer candidates from the uniform group (SPF, SAF, SCDF, etc). Retired uniform personnel are welcome.
Work closely with clients and carry out instructions according to SOP.
PC literate and able to prepare incident reports, monthly reports, and various management reports.
Conduct OJT for new staff; guide and advise new staff and orientate them for the job. Conduct regular refresher courses on customer service, handling fire alarms, emergencies, etc.
Attend management meetings & prepare minutes; provide suggestions for improvement of services.
