If so, we are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The CISO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.
Key Responsibilities
Promote “Security is in our DNA” encompassing confidentiality, integrity and availability of Entertainment Partners information systems utilizing current security best practices.
Develop and execute a standardized security review program that assesses business requirements, analyzes vulnerability and risk, and identifies secure solutions.
Lead the security engineering function to architect information security solutions including researching, selecting and prioritizing the implementation of strategic and tactical security measures for both corporate solutions and EP’s customer-facing products.
Serve as an expert advisor and team member to senior management in the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure information technology solutions.
Maintain and chair an information security council chartered to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Entertainment Partners information across all systems and processes.
Provide oversight for Information Security Management System (“ISMS”), ensuring information security operations are aligned with regulatory and business requirements as well as compliance standards.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.
Job Requirements/Qualifications Needed
Build a team and program that helps business units understand and establish acceptable levels of risk, and proactively reduces the potential for incidents that pose security threats. Develops and communicates strong, effective security policies, procedures and standards. Helps business application teams integrate sound security components into their systems. Evaluates and deploys effective technical solutions and — just as important — rejects technical offerings that do not offer business value. Collects and reports performance metrics in a way that supports the business value of good security. Responds quickly and effectively to new threats and vulnerabilities. Protects data privacy and information integrity in response to business needs and compliance requirements.
