REQUIREMENTS:
Basic computer skills
Valid FL Class D and Driver’s License
Must be able to clearly communicate in English.
Ability to Write Legibly and Log Vehicles, Visitors and Deliveries
Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Well-groomed and professional at all times.
Have a reliable form of transportation and a cell phone.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, and willing to weekends and holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use Computer to Verify Visitors and Guests
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Report and record incidents
Answer Phones and Respond to Resident Requests for Service
React to Emergency Calls
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
Other duties as assigned
