JOB SUMMARY This position performs safety and security job functions under direct supervision as assigned by management.

All functions, duties, or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner and are to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. Greets and signs in/out non-cleared visitors entering and leaving the site in a professional and courteous manner
Maintains continuous visual, audible, and/or physical control of un-cleared personnel while in security areas
Ensures that all non-cleared visitors and subcontractors are working to proper site security plans
Checks identification for all incoming persons and ensures all persons have a proper badge with appropriate access levels
Coordinates all paperwork including any incident reports, daily logs, and other items as required
Reacts to all alarms and emergencies, contracting the proper persons as per security procedure
Performs all duties necessary in accordance with all applicable procedures and security requirements
Maintains current knowledge and awareness of security plans, emergency and operation procedures
Operates all vehicles safely and efficiently according to all laws, policies, and procedures (this includes having a current, valid drivers license)
Must be capable of reading and understanding post directives
Must be capable of understanding and retaining complex oral instructions, as well as recognizing and adjusting to changes in the
work environment
Other duties of similar scope and nature as assigned
