Program Overview:
The CDM Program is managed within the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, CISA/Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (CS&C)/Network Security Deployment (NSD) Division, responsible for enhancing the security,resilience, and reliability of the Nation’s cyber and communications infrastructure. The DHS CDM Program mission is to safeguard and secure cyberspace in an environment where the threat of cyber-attack is continuously growing and evolving.
The CDM Program defends the United States (U.S.) Federal Information Technology (IT) networks from cybersecurity threats by providing continuous monitoring sensors (tools), diagnosis, mitigation tools, and associated services to strengthen the security posture of Government networks.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Configure, implement, maintain, and operate Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure services.
Perform security control implementation and testing efforts.
Perform vulnerability-levelrisk assessment.
Assist with any security testing required as part of A&A or annual reviews.
Assist in the mitigation and closure of open vulnerabilities under the system’s change control process.
Make data entries into the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) record and POA&M consistent with implementation results.

Experience:

Education:
BA/BS or equivalent years of relevant experience
Certifications:
IASAE II or industry standards (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Qualifications, Skills, & Expertise:
Experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions.
Experience with cybersecurity system reviews for system(s) residing within major Cloud Service Provider (CSP) infrastructure.
Experience developing and maintaining the cybersecurity architecture and associated RMF package of a DON or DoD system/application.
Have a good understanding of the RMF process, Cloud, and familiarization/experience with eMASS.
IASAE II or industry standards (AWS, Azure, etc.)
