Role Overview
We are seeking a Cloud Security & Compliance Senior Manager to lead service execution and delivery, oversee compliance programs, and drive key security initiatives. This role will collaborate with leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, privacy frameworks, and security best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FTC compliance, privacy assessments, and capability maturity for reviewing key cloud security controls.
Key Responsibilities
Service Execution & Delivery: Oversee security and compliance service execution, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Program Reviews & Reporting: Support the core leadership team in conducting overall program reviews, including QA of reporting, key deliverables, and service intake management.
Compliance & Risk Management: Provide subject matter expertise on FTC compliance, privacy assessments, regulatory frameworks, and cloud security governance.
Maturity Model Assessments: Evaluate capability maturity levels for key security controls and recommend improvements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security architects, compliance analysts, and leadership, to drive security initiatives.
Security Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, and risk management.
Strong knowledge of FTC compliance, privacy regulations, and data protection laws.
Hands-on experience in reviewing cloud security controls and conducting privacy assessments.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security best practices.
Experience with GRC tools (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and security frameworks.
Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive compliance initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent.
