The Commissioned Officer plays a vital role in maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety, and enforcing laws within the community. Duties
Enforce laws and regulations to maintain public safety and order.
Conduct surveillance operations and utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities.
Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid and CPR when necessary.
Manage conflict situations with effective communication and de-escalation techniques.
Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies as needed for investigations or operations.
Participate in community outreach programs to foster positive relationships between law enforcement and the community.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and departmental policies during all operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must pass background checks and any required training or certification processes.
This position requires a proactive approach to ensuring safety within the community while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.31 – $17.43 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
