Compliance Officer (Security) Jobs in Carolina, PR at Foxwoods El San Juan Casino
The Security/Compliance Officer maintains security over the entire facility during the assigned shift. Also, the Security Officers escort all internal money transfers throughout the Casino and oversee patron and employee safety.
Duties
Respond to incidents and conduct investigations when necessary
Provide training on compliance-related topics to staff members
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks
Utilize conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Be prepared to provide first aid or CPR assistance if needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual
Must be licensed by the PR Gaming Commission
CPR/1st Aid Certification preferred
Responsible alcohol service certification required
Experience
Previous experience preferred.
Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally
Experience in loss prevention techniques is desirable
