JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our dynamic ParkingSecurity Team at our Wachusett facility! As a ParkingSecurity team member you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have the best experience possible all while enjoying a safe environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent the Wachusett Brewery brand proudly in our Brew Yard
Watch for potential over-served guests, altercations between guests and suspicious behavior
Alert a Brew Yard Supervisor if you see potential issues/problems
Deliver a consistently high-level of guest service
Collect empty glasses and return to the bar
Clean spills in the Brew Yard
Pick up loose trash and throw it away
Take out full trash bins and replace bags
Help clean after closing
Thank guests when they are leaving the Brew Yard
Be friendly and social
Manage the parking lot and make sure guests are parking in legal spots
Restock bar when running low on items
Answer any questions guests ask about the brewery
Ensure opening stock/inventory of all bathrooms and maintain throughout shift (along with standard checks)
Assist with moving kegs when requested
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting (up to 25lbs), bending, and prolonged standing
Excellent communication skills and friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to listen and answer questions
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet and multi-task
Prior guest service experience
TIPS certified
