As a Training Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts. Seeking a Training Officer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering security training programs to security officers, ensuring they are well-versed in safety protocols, emergency procedures, and proper security practices, often by identifying training needs, creating curriculum, conducting classroom sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness across an organization or facility.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Training Officer
Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Working closely with security personnel to identify training needs and ensure implementation of security protocols
Complete onboarding, refresher courses, and specialized training for high-risk situations.
Create comprehensive training materials including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises based on industry standards and company policies.
Delivering hands-on training at various company facilities.
Create materials new employees can use for training
have knowledge of all posts and job responsibilities
Have Customer service experience as there will be a lot of face to face time with people
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Designing training materials, coordinating schedules, and conducting administrative tasks.
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials and delivery methods.
Ensure training programs adhere to relevant security regulations and legal requirements.
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications for Concierge Training Officer
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
You must have a valid drivers license
You must be 21 + for this role
