Scope
Uniform Security Officers are responsible for protecting construction sites, assets, employees, and visitors from criminal activity, vandalism, accidents, and fires, while providing excellent customer service. Officers will use their personal vehicles and cell phones to perform their duties, including reporting during shifts.
Schedule (2 Openings)
Part-time 2nd shift (2 pm – 10 pm):
Weekends
Part-time 3rd shift (6 pm – 6 am or 10 pm – 6 am):
Various days including weekends
Compensation
Rate: $17.43/hour

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and co-workers.
Monitor guard posts, including outdoor areas, lobbies, and reception.
Use personal cell phones to make hourly wellness calls to the DK Command Center during overnight shifts.
Conduct hourly interior and exterior patrols to check security and inventory equipment.
Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas and verify IDs.
Observe and report suspicious activities or persons.
Follow site-specific post guidelines and report hazards or maintenance needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to multiple locations.
Working cell phone capable of making hourly calls.
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Pass a drug screening and background checks, including no felony convictions or certain misdemeanors.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and respond quickly for 8-12 hours; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Good vision, hearing, and communication skills in English.
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service and integrity.
Ability to work independently and complete required training on time.
