As part of our security team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our
purpose
to life, and our hope is that each day you will uncover new reasons to love what you do! Responsibilities: Monitor CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems to ensure the safety of hotel guests, staff, and assets. Review CCTV footage to detect suspicious activities, threats, or security breaches, and report incidents accurately.
Maintain surveillance equipment through routine checks and coordinate repairs with the engineering team. Collaborate with hotel departments and authorities (Civil Defense, Police, Ambulance) during emergencies such as evacuations, medical incidents, or fires. Assist with emergency response, guiding evacuation and responders while supporting crisis management efforts. Safeguard recorded data, ensuring secure storage and access per hotel policies and Dubai regulations. Provide real-time
communication
to the security team during critical incidents, ensuring effective escalation.
Stay updated on new security technologies and procedures to enhance surveillance and emergency responses.

Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a similar role within Dubai hospitality.
Education:
High School Diploma; SIRA CCTV certification preferred. Technical
Skills:
Proficient in operating CCTV systems, fire alarm control, and access control systems.
Communication
: Strong verbal and written English skills; other languages are a plus.
Technology Proficiency
: Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting.
Skills:
Observational, analytical, and decision-making skills; ability to stay
calm under pressure
. Integrity: Strong
professionalism
and adherence to privacy/confidentiality standards.
Flexibility
:
Willingness to
work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Coordination: Effective liaison with internal departments and external authorities during emergencies.
Attention to Detail
