True Focus Hospitality Group, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to come and join our team!
We are looking for Certified Security Officers who are available to start immediately. We are hiring for Evenings & Overnight Shifts Only. (This includes Holidays and Weekends).
Employment is contingency-based. Schedules are based on the conventions, trade shows, and special events that we service. Hours also vary based on the schedule of events for each of our conventions, trade shows, and special events. We are a full-service employer but there are some gaps between some of the weekly schedules this is communicated regularly via our electronic timekeeping and scheduling app.
Schedules are based on the applicant’s availability as well as the schedule of events for the week.
Must be a registered Security Officer already registered with the state. With a minimum of 6 months of security experience preferably but paid onsite training is completed as well.
Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have verifiable work history.
We pay via Direct Deposit only. Must have an account that can receive direct deposit payments upon hire.
Pay is Bi-Weekly and per event.
This job is accessible by public transportation and free parking is available for most scheduled shifts. Some of the facilities we service have off-street parking only. All of them are accessible by public transportation.
Must have all-black slacks and black work shoes to start. Uniform items will be issued based on posted location and position as needed.
We are a New Orleans-based company. All of the sites that we service are located in the Downtown Central Business District of New Orleans.
Schedules are made in as far advance as possible but are subject to change based on the schedule of events daily.
