An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security officer to join the 1st Reaction Security Ltd Manned Guarding Team at a busy council office in Kettering.

Hours of Work/Shift Patterns:
Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Duties:
Greet and assist members of the public.
Provide a safe and secure working environment for employees and visitors.
Prevent and deter anti-social behaviour at the premises.
Work with public and employees to provide a high level of customer service.
Act as a visual deterrent.
The candidate must have:
Frontline SIA licence.
First aid at work certificate.
Good conflict management skills.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Be able to deescalate heated situations.
Strong administration skills.
