You’ll ensure the safety of our customers’ staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.
**DUTIES**
Create and maintain a strong security presence by meeting, greeting, and assisting visitors, staff, and contractors professionally and courteously.
– Investigate all instances of suspicious activity promptly, following protocols and escalating issues to the control room as necessary.
– Provide assistance in emergencies, including first aid or fire evacuation.
– Maintain a clear and effective radio communication with the control room to ensure seamless coordination of security efforts.
– Oversee loading bay duties, including permit control ID checks, and handling deliveries.
– Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on security protocols and industry trends
– Monitor and control access to sensitive areas, ensuring only authorised personnel enter.
– Attend and contribute to regular security meetings to share insights and best practices.
