Full Job Description
Corporate Security Site Supervisor
Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm
COMPETITIVE WAGE: $25.24/HOUR

Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Oversee daily security operations and personnel on an assigned shift/site
Effectively lead, train, and mentor new and current security personnel
Conduct shift briefings on operations and events
Execute and supervise special events on site and at remote locations
Conduct audits/inventory of all security equipment
Serve as extra support to badging program
Prepare detailed reports on incidents and personnel issues
Assist in the development of security policies, procedures, and post orders
Attended security meetings in the absence of the Operations Manager
Complete administrative duties as required
Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to lift over 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Tech-savvy/computer literate
Teamwork oriented
Strong professionalism
Ability to solve conflict/problem solve
Proven leadership skills
Requirements:
5 years of security experience with at least 2 years of Security Supervisory experience
High School Diploma
CPR certified
Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings.
