Corporate Security Team Leader Responsibilities
:
Lead a team of 4 security officers in patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing access control, and responding to incidents.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activities.
Enforce access control policies and procedures, checking the identification of individuals and vehicles entering the premises.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and maintain a high level ofprofessionalism.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Conduct thorough investigations and report incidents in a timely manner.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of security equipment.
Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience leading a team and as a corporate security officer (minimum 1 year of corporate security experience required).
Valid SIA License.
Full UK Driving License and access to own transport.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent observation andcommunication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Basic computer skills for operating security systems.
Physical fitnessand ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
English fluency (required).
