Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Courtesy Officer to join our team. As a Courtesy Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents and guests. Your primary duty will be to patrol the premises, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to any security or safety concerns.
Duties:
– Patrol the property regularly to ensure the safety and security of residents and guests
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
– Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical situations or accidents
– Enforce community rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner
– Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and issuing visitor passes
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Conduct regular inspections of common areas to identify potential safety hazards
– Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying and reporting any theft or property damage
Skills:
– Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Knowledge of surveillance techniques and ability to identify suspicious behavior
– First aid and CPR certification preferred
– Familiarity with law enforcement practices and procedures is a plus
– Experience in loss prevention or security-related field is beneficial
– Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
