* * What You’ll Get to Do: CACI is looking for a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) Facility Security Officer (FSO) to

join our team

of passionate security professionals in our Conference Center Drive Facility in Chantilly, VA. You will be a key contributor to the security team and administer the Industrial Security Program, Customer Security Program, and sensitive compartmented information programs for a CACI company.

You’ll be well versed in administering routine aspects of the Intelligence and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. You will thrive in a

with a bias for action. You should be able to build high-trust partnerships with management and other security team members while being energetic, detail-oriented, analytical, and self-starting.

About the Role:

You will report to the Security Senior Manager and will:

Follow the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICD, and other government regulations to administer routine aspects of the DoD, Intelligence, and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Your duties include support to sensitive compartmented information programs. Primary responsibilities involve completing SF86/eAPP and SCI customer nomination packages and coordinating with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements.

This position is also responsible for the preparation of subcontractor DD254s, preparation of visit authorization letters (VALs), and coordinating cleared visitors, including validating clearances. Protect classified government information, monitor security procedures, and ensure compliance with all program aspects, including personnel, physical, and administrative security systems and procedures. Conduct security briefings and security

education

program briefings. Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain classified storage and audits of documents. Train staff identified for open/close access and maintain records. Program an alarm system with user information and update it as individuals leave. Change the door and safe combinations as needed due to staff turnover and maintain a record of combinations. Make, and program employee badges for site access. Maintain files for customers and audits.

Conduct bi-annual self-inspections. Interface directly with program management to address security items specific to each program/contract. Ability and

Qualifications:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of related work experience. U.S. citizenship and minimum active TS Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility. Must possess practical knowledge and experience with DISS, e-QIP/eAPP, NISS, and NBIS.
