Customer Assistance

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries, directions, and general information about the mall, including stores, amenities, and events.

Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, offering recommendations, advice, and assistance to enhance their shopping experience.

Assist customers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair access, lost and found items, and stroller rentals.

Issue Resolution

Address customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.

Escalate unresolved issues or complex inquiries to the Customer Service Supervisor or appropriate department for further assistance.

Operational Support

Assist with the operation of the customer service desk, including handling cash transactions, distributing mall directories and promotional materials, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Monitor and manage queues at the customer service desk, ensuring efficient service delivery during peak hours and busy periods.

Communication and Collaboration

Communicate effectively with mall management, security personnel, and other departments to coordinate responses to customer inquiries, incidents, and emergencies.

Collaborate with team members to share information, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer service operations.

Promotional Activities

Promote mall events, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers, encouraging participation and engagement.

Collect customer feedback and data to support marketing initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity Microsoft Office Suite.
