Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED Required
Standard computer / technology skills needed
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
Customer service background preferred
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
Must be comfortable with report writing
Must possess a valid driver’s license for state of assignment and insurable driving record
Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation
Work experience in the security industry, public service (police, fire), or military is desired
Must have 1 year of security experience and 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
Must successfully complete classroom and continuous on the job training as mandated by account and company management
Capable of learning a variety of security and safety devices and controls
Ability to track and maintain schedule assignment
Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
Ability to act effectively without immediate supervision in making judgments regarding site policy and procedures in the absence of supervision, and to follow up on actions taken
Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
Ability to take initiative and achieve results
Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
