About the role is a payment processing & credit solution for businesses. We’ve help small businesses accept cashless payment and manage cash flow. We’re expanding and now looking for Team Lead/ Manager of System Engineering who helps implementing and maintaining IT systems that align with the organization’s goals.
Responsibility
Lead a team of system engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate team activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and organizational objectives.
Ensure that IT systems and solutions comply with regulatory frameworks and standards, providing necessary documentation and reports.
Implement and enforce security protocols, data protection measures, and other regulatory requirements.
Possess a deep understanding of regulatory requirements set by governing bodies such as Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
Collaborate with other teams to integrate and optimize banking solutions to meet the organization’s operational needs.
Possess knowledge and experience with Visa and MasterCard payment systems.
Ensure the integration of payment systems aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Address technical challenges and issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance
Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
Collaborate with project managers and other team leads to achieve project objectives.
Minimum qualifications
Strong experience in IT Governance and Audit from Planning and execution to coordination and tracking of remediation efforts across functional teams.
Experienced working with regulatory bodies like BNM as well as external auditors
Good in multitasking and ability to resolving conflict and challenges from customer and merchants
Ability to follow process and collaborate effectively to work in a team
Excellent written and communication skills in native and English language
Familiar with standards and frameworks such as BNM, RMiT, MAS TRM, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL
Well organized, with high attention to detail
