Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst in their Jacksonville, FL location.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards and reports focused on cybersecurity metrics, alerts, and trends.
Collaborate closely with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and internal stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.
Oversee report/dashboard implementation, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of data accuracy and relevance.
Propose appropriate targets and thresholds for dashboards by evaluating available data and aligning recommendations with stakeholder expectations.
Support the endorsement of reporting targets within Deutsche Bank’s security forums.
Prepare training materials and communication plans to support go-live activities.
Manage the dashboard/report development pipeline, ensuring clear timelines, task accountability, and regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in designing dashboards within a cybersecurity or IT security environment.
Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Splunk, or Kibana.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and KPIs (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS Controls).
Strong data storytelling capabilities with a user-focused design approach.
Ability to simplify and visualize complex technical data into actionable formats.
Effective multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across varying levels of an organization.
Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or credentials in data visualization.
Experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments or incident response functions.
