I am seeking an experienced Cyber GRC Analyst for a client in Melbourne to take up a role till June 2025 with a view of extension.
Your day at NTT
Experience in Cyber Security Policy domain including the following knowledge and skills:
Experience contributing to the development of policies, security standards, guidelines and procedures.
Experience developing practical solutions to mitigate any risk exposure as a stopgap including recommending any long-term strategic projects to improve the information security posture and maturity. e.g. conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation plans, managing exemptions, and ongoing monitoring to achieve high assurance of meeting compliance
Experience performing process reviews with the goal of improving overall security posture.
Experience providing advice and guidance, conducting assessments on information security management in accordance with industry information security policies and standards, such as Information security classification, privacy impact assessments, user access management etc.
Experience in the preparation of executive papers, reports, briefings and business cases on information security matters including review and feedback of documents produced by other teams to ensure information security policy and standards are met and operationalised.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Experience in managing the SharePoint portal and developing communication materials related to policy, standards, and guidelines for publishing.
Specialist experience in relation to assurance and compliance, including the following knowledge and skills.
Experience managing assurance activities (including third parties) with internal and external stakeholders to identify information security risks and action plans to deliver improvements.
Experience managing compliance with the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards (VPDSS) and other applicable standards.
Experience collaborating with internal and external auditors to facilitate assessments and support compliance initiatives.
Experience promoting increased information security awareness and capability throughout organisations.
Certification in cyber security or related domain desirable.
Experience in working to large government organisations desirable.
