We are currently hiring an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist for our corporate office in North Miami Beach.
Qualifications
Proven excellence as a receptionist or in another relevant position
Knowledge and ability to use various computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task a must
Team Player
Strong command of the English language. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Main Responsibilities:
Provide front desk reception coverage. Duties include handling phone calls, routing calls to appropriate staff, taking and distributing messages, and receiving/greeting all visitors in a professional and warm manner
Assist in general office administration (i.e., office supply ordering, form and documents inventory, filing, etc.)
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
Schedule:
8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Off-Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $21.00 Per Hour

Required Experience:
2+ years working in an office environment
High school diploma or equivalent education required
