Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Proactively create and define technical cybersecurity solutions while considering all requirements and conducting evaluations.
Develop security concepts and solutions that optimise value for both customers and internal operations.
Support the design and development of optimisation proposals and conceptual architectures.
Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues within the cybersecurity domain.
Required Skills/Experience
Successfully completed technical, legal, or business studies, or a comparable qualification.
Strong technical cybersecurity knowledge in one or more areas, such as OT security, IAM, GRC, or PAM.
Proven experience in project work, especially within customer-facing cybersecurity projects.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in German and business-proficient in English.
Willingness to travel as required.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Experience in security architecture design and risk assessments.
Knowledge of industry regulations and security compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud security and infrastructure protection.
Certification in relevant cybersecurity domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001).
