Minimum Qualifications:
Consultants shall assess select third parties (airlines, tenants, concessionaires, city, state, federal agencies, and vendors.
Third-party risk assessment shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas:
Management Controls Analysis
Technical Controls Analysis
Operations Controls Analysis
Consultant shall analyze the identified threats and vulnerabilities to assess the overall risk posture.
Consultant shall prioritize risks for remediation based on risk severity.
Consultant shall perform a risk assessment that identifies the cybersecurity risk rating level for each airport system category listed below using the following qualifiers: Critical, High, Medium, or Low based on their likelihood and potential impact.
Consultant shall identify potential threats and threat actors relevant to client and assess the likelihood and potential impact of each threat.
Each system shall also be rated with the corresponding type of airport threats listed below
