London – Hybrid – 2 days per week
My client is a software company who have a built market leading platform which has disrupted the heating & utilities sector!
They have created an ecommerce platform that takes the hassle out of purchasing boilers, heating systems and EV charging, providing an easy to use interface where customers can deal directly with vendors – saving them time, money and stress!
They are now growing their product lines to encompass renewable energy products and embarking on international expansion so it a fantastic time to come onboard.
They are seeking to hire a newly created Information Cyber Security Manager to take ownership of all information security policies and safeguarding their digital assets with a specific focus on SOC 2, ISO27001 and NIST compliance.
You will be the “go-to” person for all things Cyber & Information Security and play a pivotal role in their international expansion.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive IT compliance program that aligns SOC 2, ISO27001 and NIST
Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, investigate security incidents, and provide incident response and remediation support as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & third parties to integrate security controls into software engineering, business processes and IT systems and provide security guidance and recommendations to various teams and portfolio companies.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or Specific certifications related to ISO 27001, SOC 1, and SOC 2.
Proven experience in IT compliance, Internal IT Support, information security, or a related field.
Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, SIEM, and encryption.
Experience working in the SaaS / Software space would be highly advantageous.
