Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Red Team Manager to lead our team of cybersecurity professionals in conducting advanced simulated attacks against our clients’ systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of offensive security techniques.

Responsibilities:
Engagement Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of red team engagements for clients across various industries.
Work closely with clients to understand their security objectives, develop customized attack scenarios, and simulate real-world threats.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery within scope and schedule.
Technical Expertise:
Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
Provide technical leadership and expertise in conducting advanced penetration tests, social engineering campaigns, and other offensive security activities.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client environments to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies for clients.
Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities and provide technical expertise to clients.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive the development and enhancement of red team methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
Conduct post-engagement reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading and managing red team engagements.
In-depth knowledge of offensive security tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments.
Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
