Responsibilities
Involve in planning/designing/implementing/operating/improving the training program framework for:
Internal members to obtain required skills in cybersecurity business
Future trainers to be able to provide training solutions to customers
Conduct research, planning, Proof of Concept, development, standardization, and improvement for providing valuable Yokogawa cybersecurity solutions
Provide internal services to Yokogawa members, such as inquiry response and project support, to support their job executions
Responsible for the technical marketing of cybersecurity technologies/solutions in the market
Contribute to the security business growth, such as creating sales tools
Cooperate with involved members for the above jobs
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in cyber security or any other related courses
Basic understanding of computing, networking and cloud connectivity
Basic understanding of the administration of Windows platforms
Basic understanding of cybersecurity technologies and management
Basic understanding of cybersecurity international standards/guidelines, such as ISO
27001, IEC
62443, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
Knowledge of OT systems, OT security, and cybersecurity regulations will be an added advantage
Growth mindset, proactive
Strong analytical skills
Good presentation skills, persuasive
